AI Training and Enablement Specialist (Remote)

Guild Mortgage seeks an AI training and enablement specialist to create learning programs, knowledge resources, and rollout support. The role helps mortgage banking teams adopt AI responsibly while meeting data, privacy, and compliance expectations.

Aprašymas

  • Lead an assigned area of the organization’s AI training and enablement efforts
  • Create and manage enablement programs, learning paths, and resources for varied teams and experience levels
  • Make technical AI capabilities practical by collaborating with AI engineers, data scientists, product teams, and IT
  • Plan and deliver workshops, webinars, hands-on labs, office hours, and related learning sessions
  • Evaluate team needs, identify gaps and priorities, and recommend approaches suited to business objectives and AI maturity
  • Develop playbooks, FAQs, job aids, guides, tutorials, communications, and assessments
  • Maintain a reliable, up-to-date, and searchable knowledge base
  • Embed responsible AI, data protection, privacy, and compliance requirements into enablement materials and activities
  • Track emerging AI tools and features and identify where enablement content or programs need to change
  • Review AI usage data and participant feedback to uncover adoption challenges and improve program results
  • Produce readiness, reinforcement, and launch materials for AI implementations
  • Establish and monitor measures for adoption, proficiency, satisfaction, and recurring questions
  • Keep current on AI developments, technologies, and effective enablement practices
  • Coach or support less experienced professional contributors
  • Handle additional responsibilities as assigned

Reikalavimai

  • Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the position, or equivalent experience, preferred
  • Master’s degree in a field related to the position, or equivalent experience, preferred
  • At least three years of experience in training, enablement, instructional design, technical writing, customer education, or a related area
  • Background supporting digital-tool adoption in a rapidly changing environment
  • Relevant certification in learning design, facilitation, Microsoft 365, or AI tools preferred
  • Strong ability to organize and manage competing priorities
  • Comfort working independently and collaboratively
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service capabilities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Experience supporting enterprise technology launches, including Microsoft 365/Copilot, knowledge systems, or workflow platforms
  • Experience in a regulated setting, preferably financial services
  • Experience delivering training that supports policy and compliance requirements
  • Experience creating and maintaining knowledge bases, including SharePoint, Teams, or comparable platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized and detail-focused, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, wikis, cloud collaboration tools, and third-party applications
  • Alignment with company values
  • Ability to learn new duties, retain processes, stay focused, complete work independently, and make timely decisions
  • Ability to follow established procedures and apply process protocols promptly
