  • At least six years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
  • Direct experience recruiting AI, ASIC, silicon, or semiconductor engineers, including RTL, design verification, physical design, architecture, or related roles
  • A record of closing senior engineers who have competing offers
  • Technical understanding of AI silicon and custom ASIC development
  • Advanced proficiency with Ashby or a comparable applicant tracking system for candidate tracking, reporting, and process automation
  • Strong operational skills and comfort working amid ambiguity and startup growth
  • AI/ML and software engineering recruiting experience is a plus
  • Recruiting experience in unconventional computing or physics-based hardware architectures is a plus
  • Prior experience at a high-growth venture-backed startup, semiconductor company, or research lab is a plus
