  • Deliver proactive service and clear communications to retirement plan clients
  • Resolve client requests efficiently through phone, written correspondence, and email
  • Build strong relationships with assigned clients and advisors to support retention and engagement
  • Apply plan documents to day-to-day client plan administration
  • Prepare calculations for plan sponsors, communicate fund activity, answer questions, investigate issues, share legal updates, and fulfill specialized report requests
  • Help plan sponsors and intermediaries use web-based applications, including providing demonstrations for advisors and sponsors
  • Partner with clients to correct and fund payroll items and administer distribution requests
  • Coordinate retirement plan compliance testing with the compliance team
  • Support final sales presentations and identify appropriate cross-selling opportunities

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a comparable combination of education and industry experience
  • Three to five years of experience in retirement services, particularly daily administration of 401(k), 403(b), or IRA plans
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, especially with Excel
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and time-management abilities
  • Availability to travel up to 10%
