Finance Operations Executive - Insurance Collections
Finance operations executive responsible for insurance collections, OTC accounts, account quality, reporting, and payment dispute resolution in Noida.

- Administer office supplies, meeting coordination, correspondence, and recordkeeping
- Review and monitor account quality
- Assign accounts in accordance with established guidelines
- Complete account closures within required timelines
- Verify transaction quality against defined parameters
- Follow company policies and operating procedures
- Collect outstanding balances using fair and appropriate methods
- Contact customers to obtain collection or payment information
- Investigate and resolve account disputes
- Support customer satisfaction through rapport, clear communication, and timely issue resolution
- Meet process targets in accordance with SLAs and KSFs
- Compile reports for assigned accounts
- Create business review templates for performance evaluations
Талаптар
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification
- 1–3 years of professional experience
- Strong analytical ability
- Background in finance and accounting insurance collections
- Experience with OTC and accounts receivable operations
- Previous SAP ERP experience is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong computer navigation and keyboarding abilities
- Effective negotiation skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Strong listening and comprehension skills
- Customer-service orientation and professional telephone etiquette
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage daily activities
