Bilingual Portuguese-English Client Success Associate
Help Gartner clients get value from its business and technology insights. The role includes product demonstrations, client onboarding, and sales team support.

- Guide prospect and client calls to identify priorities and challenges, and explain the value of Gartner’s products and services.
- Explain Gartner’s services and capabilities to prospective clients and show decision makers how they can help.
- Partner with Sales teams to demonstrate Gartner products and resources, strengthen engagement, and support license purchases.
- Coordinate with Gartner colleagues to address obstacles and maximize the value delivered to prospects and clients.
- Research prospective and current companies, C-level executives, business trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Select and prepare Gartner resources tailored to each client’s needs and potential impact.
- Deliver tailored onboarding for new or upgraded clients, or give prospective clients pre-sale demonstrations of Gartner resources.

- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
- At least six months of relevant professional or internship experience, with a record of success.
