Bilingual Medical Caller, Primary Care (Remote)
Contact patients in English and Spanish to schedule primary care visits and encourage follow-up at a multi-specialty community health center. Handle outbound calls, appointment coordination, and electronic health record updates remotely.

- Call primary care patients to arrange annual physicals and routine checkups.
- Build friendly, positive relationships with patients over the phone.
- Follow up with patients who missed appointments, confirm upcoming visits, and promote preventive care.
- Use call management platforms to manage daily outbound work and maintain call quality.
- Book appointments, update patient demographic details, and record call outcomes in the electronic health record.
- Coordinate appointments across specialties to help support comprehensive care.

- Experience with high-volume outbound calling, telemarketing, or patient scheduling outreach.
- A warm, energetic, articulate phone manner and strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Experience using VoIP phone systems and electronic medical records (EMR) software.
- Careful attention to detail, consistent follow-up, and reliable attendance.
- Availability for a 40-hour-per-week, full-time contractor role.
- Availability Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time.
