Senior Employee and Change Communications Manager

Lead enterprise employee, executive, and change communications for Integra’s turnkey data center infrastructure solutions. Drive engagement, understanding, and adoption across organizational initiatives.

Description

  • Lead enterprise employee communications strategy and execution
  • Manage internal channels, including the intranet, newsletters, town halls, leadership communications, and employee updates
  • Develop communication plans aligned with company goals, initiatives, and priorities
  • Maintain consistent messaging across employee-facing channels
  • Create communication strategies for organizational changes, transformations, acquisitions, restructures, policy updates, and operational initiatives
  • Work with leadership and Human Resources to strengthen employee understanding and change adoption
  • Develop audience-specific messaging, FAQs, leader toolkits, talking points, and communication plans
  • Evaluate communication effectiveness and identify barriers to adoption
  • Draft executive presentations, speeches, leadership messages, updates, and related materials
  • Support executive visibility and leadership communication programs
  • Prepare resources that enable leaders to engage employees effectively
  • Support initiatives that deepen employee understanding, engagement, and connection to company values and business objectives
  • Develop campaigns for culture, recognition, quality, safety, and employee experience programs
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to promote enterprise programs and business priorities
  • Maintain communication standards, messaging frameworks, and approval processes
  • Define communication metrics and reporting practices
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of major communication initiatives
  • Identify ways to expand communication reach, clarity, and engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related discipline
  • At least eight years of communications experience
  • Experience leading large-scale employee and change communication programs
  • Outstanding writing, editing, and executive communication skills
  • Experience advising or supporting senior executives and leadership teams
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in a high-growth organization is preferred
  • Experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, technology, infrastructure, or an industrial setting is preferred
  • Change management certification or formal change management experience is preferred
  • Experience with intranet, employee engagement, and enterprise communications platforms is preferred
