Remote Outbound Call Center Agent (U.S.)

Work remotely as an outbound fundraising representative for MDS Communications, contacting donors on behalf of nonprofit clients. Secure charitable gifts while meeting call-volume, fundraising, and productivity targets from a home workspace.

Description

  • Complete comprehensive training
  • Work on one of four MDS teams serving assigned clients
  • Contact donors for 4–8 clients during an eight-hour shift using predictive dialing equipment
  • Handle approximately 16–24 calls per hour, with an average 20–30 seconds between calls
  • Engage donors and prospective donors with positive, enthusiastic communication and approved scripts
  • Obtain financial gifts for client organizations
  • Meet minimum fundraising and productivity standards

Requirements

  • At least one year of successful outbound telemarketing experience, or a strong employment history demonstrating long-term stability
  • Reliable wired internet connection
  • Quiet home workspace without typical household interruptions
  • Basic computer proficiency
