Description
- Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls
- Follow up with patients to develop leads and confirm appointments
- Schedule, reschedule, and optimize consultations and aesthetic procedures in Aesthetic Records EHR
- Keep provider treatment calendars accurate and up to date
- Process digital intake forms and maintain current patient profiles
- Reduce gaps in the appointment schedule
- Manage calls in Nextiva while transitioning to Lead AR integrated communications
- Handle a high volume of patient SMS conversations
- Monitor and reply to Instagram direct messages
- Support basic promotional and social media content activities
- Represent the clinic as its primary voice and digital brand ambassador
Requirements
- Practical experience using Aesthetic Records EHR for scheduling and patient administration
- Clear, polished, accent-free spoken English with an energetic and professional telephone manner
- Strong speed and accuracy when texting and handling digital communications
- A private home workspace that complies with HIPAA requirements
- A PC or Mac computer
- Reliable high-speed internet access
- Backup power and internet arrangements
- A noise-canceling headset
- Full availability Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- Female candidates preferred in accordance with the practice's branding guidelines
