- Lead Partner Operations Analysts
- Oversee operations and resolve requests from Despegar’s partner hotels and inns
- Deliver a positive experience for partner hotels and inns
- Configure the partner extranet
- Upload rates and promotions
- Manage payments, reservations, and cancellations
- Set priorities and support team development
- Own complex cases requiring greater experience or cross-functional coordination
- Ensure each request is diagnosed, assigned, and tracked through resolution
- Continue managing cases when resolution depends on another team
- Enable Market Managers to focus on partner relationships, negotiations, and portfolio growth
Requirements
- Analytical, practical, and solution-focused approach
- Prior leadership experience
- Background managing Partner Operations Analysts
- Ability to resolve operational requests from hotels and inns
- Strong prioritization skills and commitment to following requests through resolution
