Requirements

Bring advanced, specialized knowledge of HR operations processes, procedures, and systems
Have substantial practical experience in specialist HR operations
Be able to develop concepts, methods, and technical approaches
Be prepared to lead a team or support project coordination
Provide guidance and work direction without holding formal supervisory responsibility
Work independently within established procedures and practices
Identify and recommend process and methodological improvements
Understand the principles of HR data integrity, accuracy, and consistency
Have experience with audits, compliance reviews, data-quality work, service management frameworks, dashboards, metrics, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and system testing
