- Advise clients on HR and employment law matters, providing practical support.
- Guide clients through complex people issues while helping them meet business goals.
- Serve as a trusted HR adviser and primary contact for an assigned portfolio of clients.
- Develop and maintain strong, enduring relationships with client organisations.
- Provide tailored HR solutions, guidance, and best-practice advice across diverse industries.
- Draft, update, and review legally compliant contracts, policies, handbooks, and employee communications.
- Support consultancy growth through client engagement, networking, webinars, presentations, and thought-leadership activity.
Requirements
- Background in operational HR, HR advisory, or HR consultancy work.
- Strong working knowledge of employment law.
- Track record of delivering practical, commercially aware HR advice.
- Confidence handling varied employee relations and people-management issues.
- Ability to establish trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Skill in explaining complex information clearly and professionally.
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification, or a postgraduate law qualification.
- Commitment to excellent client service and helping organisations achieve positive people outcomes.
