Channel Marketing Manager – Spain (Remote)

Lead Arcserve’s EMEA channel demand generation across VAR, distributor, and MSP partners. Own co-marketing campaigns, market development funds, and performance reporting to support measurable regional growth.

Description

  • Create and deliver integrated channel marketing strategies that generate demand and pipeline through VARs, distributors, and MSPs.
  • Plan and manage partner campaigns, co-marketing initiatives, and sales plays aligned with regional revenue objectives and sales priorities.
  • Adapt global campaigns for regional audiences and extend their reach.
  • Develop strong working relationships with channel partners and cross-functional internal teams.
  • Equip partners with co-branded content, training, and sales enablement resources that support sell-through.
  • Oversee Market Development Funds programs to ensure compliant spending, effective investment, and measurable results.
  • Measure campaign performance and ROI, then provide data-informed recommendations.
  • Lead quarterly marketing reviews with partner leadership.
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews to relevant stakeholders.
  • Partner with product, digital, and field marketing teams on campaign assets, joint messaging, and enablement resources.

Requirements

  • Bring 7–10 years of experience in channel, partner, or field marketing within B2B technology or SaaS.
  • Have demonstrated experience collaborating with VARs, distributors, and/or MSPs.
  • Use strong analytical, budgeting, and reporting skills to measure and improve marketing ROI.
  • Have hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Looker Studio.
  • Be familiar with email outreach platforms such as Apollo, Salesloft, or Outreach.
  • Understand inbound marketing funnels, lead nurturing, and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate clearly in writing and conversation with internal teams and external partners.
  • Work independently, experiment constructively, learn new technologies, and adapt quickly.
  • Stay highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities and solutions.
  • Build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders as a collaborative team member.
  • Bring a customer- and partner-focused approach with enthusiasm for engagement and business impact.
  • Remain effective amid ambiguity and change while shifting priorities and balancing competing demands.
  • Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, creativity, and measurable results.
  • Be proficient in English and ideally one or more additional European languages.

Benefits
