Career and Mobility Advisor

Career advisor at Koersmakers, ADG’s specialist in sustainable employability for skilled workers. Support Track 2 reintegration, coaching, and employability programs.

Description

  • Identify the stories, goals, and talents of skilled workers across different programs
  • Primarily guide employees through Track 2 reintegration programs
  • Provide career coaching and facilitate professional conversations
  • Help develop preventive services focused on sustainable employability
  • Use suitable interest assessments, including the Predictive Index
  • Turn insights into practical actions that strengthen and sustain employability
  • Work in line with the Gatekeeper Improvement Act and the UWV absence-management cycle
  • Support managers at ADG companies in strengthening skilled workers’ ownership of their careers
  • Set clear agreements and hold employees and managers accountable for them
  • Deliver programs and reports accurately while identifying inconsistencies

Requirements

  • Experience delivering Track 2 reintegration programs
  • An interest in sustainable employee employability
  • Current knowledge of the Gatekeeper Improvement Act and the UWV absence-management cycle
  • Able to build rapport easily, including in unfamiliar situations
  • Able to switch between a directive, leading role and a listening, responsive role
  • Able to work independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to take ownership of supported programs
  • Comfortable adapting communication for different stakeholders
  • Able to turn goals into concrete steps and agreements
  • Motivated to develop new opportunities for employability
  • Accurate and conscientious in your work
  • Able to identify gaps and deviations in guidance or reporting
  • Confident asking challenging questions while remaining respectful of others
