Associate Director, Sales Operations and Enablement - Verizon

Lead Verizon programs that retire legacy products and migrate customers while supporting network modernization. Coordinate cross-functional teams, data consolidation, KPI reporting, and operational execution.

Description

  • Direct major programs to retire legacy products and services for Global Enterprise, Public Sector, and Frontier customers while modernizing the network.
  • Manage customer migration initiatives in partnership with Sales, Service Delivery, Product, Legal, GTS, and Network teams.
  • Create clear roadmaps and operating processes for customer migration activities.
  • Oversee data consolidation efforts and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Support cross-functional teams through technical transitions and network modernization work.
  • Convert strategic priorities into practical plans that align people, processes, and systems.
  • Keep teams focused on milestones tied to revenue retention and cost-reduction goals.
  • Manage multiple workstreams across Global Enterprise, Public Sector, and Frontier organizations.
  • Develop status reporting and KPIs that give leaders data-driven program visibility.
  • Surface resource limitations and delivery bottlenecks, escalating critical decisions to senior leadership.
  • Manage dependencies and issues across the migration lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least four years of relevant work experience.
  • At least eight years of relevant experience gained through professional work, military service, or specialized training.
  • Team leadership experience, including facilitation, change management, and problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across organizational levels, including with senior leaders.
  • Experience with Decom and Access migrations.
  • Experience working with varied data sources and performing complex data consolidation.
  • Background leading large-scale, cross-functional programs.
  • Proven discretion when handling highly confidential information.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Experience using data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Strong financial understanding of revenue retention and cost-saving analysis.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools and methods to automate workflows, improve data analysis, or streamline program reporting.
  • An MBA or equivalent qualification is an additional advantage.
