Senior CRM Manager
Lead multi-channel lifecycle marketing for Bulk’s sports nutrition products, with a focus on customer activation, repeat purchases, and lifetime value. Set CRM strategy and use experimentation to improve performance.

- Set Bulk’s multi-market CRM strategy across email, SMS, push and in-app messaging, and direct mail where effective.
- Develop lifecycle programmes for onboarding, replenishment, cross-selling, win-back, loyalty, referrals, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
- Turn strategy into quarterly plans with test hypotheses, measurement plans, and revenue and lifetime value targets.
- Oversee automated journeys and priority campaigns from audience segmentation and creative briefs through quality checks, deployment, and analysis.
- Use personalisation and dynamic content to increase relevance and conversion.
- Run structured tests of subject lines, send times, content, audiences, offers, and channel mix.
- Work with Data & Analytics to develop audience strategies, RFM cohorts, and replenishment schedules.
- Maintain accurate attribution and forecasts for CRM revenue.
- Monitor and report deliverability, engagement, conversion, average order value, repeat purchases, churn, lifetime value, list growth, opt-outs, and channel return on investment.
- Maintain data quality and hygiene, including customer profiles and communication preferences.
- Serve as senior business owner for the email service provider, customer data platform, and related tools.
- Protect deliverability and sender reputation through list hygiene, subscriber sunsetting, consent capture, and SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication.
- Lead, coach, and develop three CRM Executives.
- Prepare clear briefs and collaborate with Performance Marketing, Creative, Brand, Product, and eCommerce teams.
- Manage CRM budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with UK GDPR, PECR, and applicable privacy laws in each market.
- Maintain brand standards and an inclusive, customer-first tone of voice.

- Around seven years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience, ideally in eCommerce or direct-to-consumer businesses.
- Demonstrated ownership of a multi-channel lifecycle programme that improved repeat purchase rates and lifetime value at scale.
- Practical experience with a modern ESP or CDP, such as Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Emarsys.
- Strong analytical and experimentation skills, including cohort analysis, incrementality, and champion-challenger testing.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email quality checks, event and identity data, and basic SQL or BI tools such as GA4, BigQuery, Looker, or Power BI.
- In-depth knowledge of email deliverability and list growth practices.
- People-focused leadership that develops team capability and maintains high standards.
- Experience with loyalty programmes, referrals, and ambassador or user-generated-content journeys is a plus.
- Experience managing CRM across multiple markets, including the UK and EU, and localising at scale is a plus.
- Familiarity with media mix modelling, multi-touch attribution, or incrementality testing is a plus.
