- Provide advanced administrative support to senior leadership
- Oversee complex data analysis
- Manage project plans and budgets independently
- Address obstacles or escalate them when necessary
- Evaluate issues and determine solutions using sound judgment and initiative
- Consolidate data from multiple sources into detailed trend, status, and related reports
- Assist with budget planning and monitor expenses and variances
- Align results and findings with management
- Prepare cost allocation and chargeback materials for Corporate Accounting
- Coordinate activities, information, and communications across internal departments and external parties
- Contribute to special projects and other assigned responsibilities
- Draft confidential correspondence and materials
- Respond to and resolve inquiries
- Arrange schedules, travel, meetings, and events
- Handle sensitive information with discretion
आवश्यकताएँ
- Must reside in the United States
- Ability to work remotely
- At least five years of demonstrated experience providing advanced administrative support to senior-level leaders
- Experience preparing and managing expense reports
- Experience coordinating travel, calendars, and schedules
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
- A degree is preferred but may be replaced by relevant experience and background
- Experience with AI tools is preferred
- Must meet bonding requirements
- Employment is conditional on criminal background, employment, education, and licensing checks
