Sales Executive, APAC Olympic Hospitality - Remote Australia

- Sell premium hospitality and ticket-inclusive LA28 Olympic experiences across assigned APAC territories and target markets
- Meet and surpass individual revenue goals through inbound lead conversion and targeted outbound prospecting
- Advance opportunities through discovery, solution presentation, objection handling, and negotiation
- Convert inquiries from individuals, corporations, and agencies into completed sales
- Run structured outbound campaigns targeting companies, accounts, and high-net-worth prospects
- Manage the sales pipeline by prioritizing strong opportunities and progressing them through the funnel
- Build expertise in assigned APAC markets, including cultural factors, purchasing behavior, and corporate hospitality needs
- Apply market-specific sales plans supporting regional revenue goals and global premium sales priorities
- Nurture client relationships throughout the sales process and after the transaction
- Present proposals tailored to client objectives and budgets
- Coordinate smooth post-sale transitions to service and delivery teams
- Manage the complete sales cycle from first contact through contract signing and deposit or payment collection
- Record sales activity, forecasts, and opportunity stages in CRM systems
- Report pipeline health, forecasts, and performance to sales leadership
- Partner with global premium sales leaders, support, operations, and fulfillment teams on pricing, inventory, market strategy, and delivery
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sports management, or a related discipline
- Fluency in Japanese, Cantonese, or Mandarin is required
- Three to five or more years of demonstrated closing experience, ideally in sports, hospitality, travel, luxury, or live events
- Proven ability to convert inbound leads and generate outbound opportunities across international or multi-market environments
- Experience selling high-value, premium, or complex offerings to senior decision-makers
- Strong CRM skills and disciplined pipeline management
- Ability to work independently across time zones while managing clients in multiple geographies
- Availability for non-traditional working hours supporting APAC markets and global sales activity
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities, including executive presence
- Ability to manage several deals at different stages simultaneously
- Cultural fluency and adaptability when selling across APAC markets
- Japanese, Cantonese, or Mandarin bilingual ability preferred
