Remote Commercial Risk Client Manager at The Baldwin Group
The Baldwin Group is seeking a remote commercial insurance client manager to support US accounts. The role covers policy servicing, claims coordination, renewals, client coverage guidance, and new business referrals.
विवरण
- Keep client records and Agency Management System documentation accurate and up to date
- Prepare polished business communications through letters, email, and other channels
- Handle invoicing, premium allocation, and related accounting calculations
- Track claims, share claims updates, and support insureds in coordination with claims teams
- Join client meetings alongside the Advisor or Director of Risk Management when needed
- Support colleagues with client questions and account-processing tasks
- Oversee daily account servicing, including policy and contract reviews, policy changes, certificates, renewals, marketing, insurance program negotiations, surplus lines filings, lease reviews, and financial statement analysis
- Answer client questions by phone and email, following through to ensure prompt service
- Advise clients on coverage and exposures, and recommend and place appropriate additional coverage
- Pursue referrals and develop new business opportunities through prospect databases and automation tools
- Build strong relationships with insurance carrier partners and stay informed about their requirements
- Find opportunities to improve processes and raise issues or discrepancies with leadership
आवश्यकताएँ
- Hold the state insurance licenses required by the relevant Department of Insurance, or be prepared to obtain all necessary licenses within the first 90 days
- Bring at least three years of experience as a Commercial Account Manager
- Demonstrate strong verbal, written, presentation, and communication abilities
- Have intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Be able to learn the software systems used by the firm and insurance carriers
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Travel when required
