Payroll Coordinator – Allens, Sydney (Hybrid)
Manage end-to-end Australian payroll for Allens, supporting accurate data, reconciliations, compliance, reporting, and employee enquiries. This full-time hybrid role is based in Sydney.

- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and related administration.
- Keep employee records and payroll data accurate across payroll and HR systems.
- Process payroll changes including starters, terminations, leave, salary adjustments, and allowances.
- Support payroll reconciliations, reporting, and month-end processes.
- Handle employee payroll enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Help ensure compliance with payroll legislation, awards, taxation, and superannuation requirements.
- Support payroll audits and maintain required documentation.
- Help improve payroll processes and enhance payroll systems.
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least three years of payroll experience in a medium to large organisation.
- Experience with the iChris payroll system is preferred.
- Advanced Excel capability, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and data reconciliation.
- Sound knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, including PAYG withholding, the Superannuation Guarantee, leave entitlements, and payroll compliance obligations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Ability to balance competing priorities and meet payroll deadlines.
