आवश्यकताएँ
- Prior experience in fraud or scam investigations, banking operations, financial crime, customer service, or a comparable operations setting is preferred
- A degree in Criminology or Cybercrime, or current study in one of these fields, is desirable
- Strong ability to analyse information
- Consistent attention to detail
- A clear commitment to protecting customers from financial harm
- Capability to investigate matters, establish facts, and reach sound decisions
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to balance competing priorities
- Comfort working independently and contributing within a collaborative team
