- Establish AI-first delivery practices.
- Manage the delivery scope of statements of work, including deliverables, acceptance criteria, assumptions and change control.
- Secure renewals before agreements expire.
- Forecast account capacity, schedules and staffing needs.
- Create AI workflows across analysis, engineering and QA, with human review and quality checks.
- Convert successful workflows into reusable practices, prompts and agent configurations.
- Use account data to assess AI-related time and cost savings.
- Manage quality, risks and dependencies, escalating issues according to their client impact.
- Protect account margins and price scope changes before approval.
- Identify and size potential client opportunities, referring qualified leads to the commercial team.
- Partner with client technology leaders and explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.

- A record of showing clients measurable business results.

- Understanding of margin and pricing models, including time-and-materials, fixed-price and outcome-based arrangements.
- Proposal experience.
- Experience establishing quality standards, managing risks and dependencies, and resolving recurring issues at their root.
- Technical knowledge of architecture, integrations and technical debt.
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills with senior client leaders.
- Strategic judgment, accountability for results and ability to guide teams through change.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
