Billing Operations Manager - Lightspeed Commerce (Hybrid Canada)

- Own the B2B business unit’s RevOps function and develop a high-performing team
- Design and deliver strategic initiatives tied to company OKRs
- Help drive revenue and profitability goals
- Build, monitor, and improve KPIs across the customer journey
- Lead weekly performance reviews, pipeline analysis, and monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting
- Create and implement KPIs that measure GTM team health and effectiveness
- Perform detailed biweekly analyses of new customer acquisition and account management
- Present representative-level findings and surface pipeline risks and opportunities
- Contribute to weekly business reviews (WBRs)
- Facilitate monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs)
- Oversee monthly quota attainment and coverage analysis for sales and customer service teams
- Recommend individual quotas and territory coverage plans
- Reevaluate quarterly forecasts with Finance and GTM leadership
- Adjust revenue and performance targets in response to market conditions
- Identify investment opportunities and cost optimization measures
- Partner with Training, Product, and Sales to align strategy with global priorities and product roadmaps
- Act as a strategic partner to the Head of RevOps
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, Operations, or a related field
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is an asset but not required
- At least two years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment
- At least six years of experience in a commercial or go-to-market (GTM) setting
- Demonstrated success delivering initiatives that improve revenue growth and operational efficiency
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects involving Information Systems, Data, Finance, GTM, and Marketing stakeholders
- Experience managing budgeting and forecasting processes
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven judgment
- Experience defining and managing KPIs
- Professional fluency in English is required
