Tavsif

  • Act as the primary Professional Services representative for recommendations and implementation proposals for Accruent Asset Solutions software
  • Translate customer business challenges into solutions on the Accruent platform
  • Use advanced functional and technical expertise in at least one Asset Solutions product, including Maintenance Connection, TMS, Meridian, RedEye, or VxField
  • Work with prospects, customers, Commercial Sales, Value Realization, Legal, Operations, Business Systems, and Professional Services Delivery
  • Prepare proposals and contract documents that define objectives, deliverables, and required effort
  • Work with Commercial Sales to accelerate solution sales while protecting delivery quality
  • Create and improve implementation and expansion offerings with Professional Services Delivery leadership
  • Capture, interpret, and document customer requirements in proposals and Statements of Work
  • Take part in discovery reviews, RFPs, and Implementation Planning Meetings
  • Explain Services philosophy, methodology, and best practices during pre-sales engagements
  • Develop trusted-advisor relationships with prospects and customers
  • Improve processes to strengthen internal and external stakeholder experiences
  • Travel to customers and partners and attend tradeshows or conferences up to 25% of the time
  • Recommend Professional Services and software product enhancements based on customer feedback and competitive analysis
  • Report to the Director, Services Sales
  • Handle additional responsibilities as required

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, such as Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience implementing software technology
  • At least 4 years of customer-facing experience in project management, program management, or professional services
  • Strong operational management, project management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience delivering large-scale software implementations through every phase of the client lifecycle
  • Ability to convert customer business requirements into practical business solutions
  • Proven ability to prioritize work and manage workflows against deadlines
  • Strong teamwork and leadership capabilities for cross-functional collaboration
  • Motivation to win deals and accelerate the sales cycle
  • Advanced expertise in one Asset Solutions product line, with the ability to learn another
  • Advanced understanding of Professional Services offerings, including Implementation, Managed Services, and expansions
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Working knowledge of Certinia, formerly FinancialForce
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours for the time zones of prospects, customers, and colleagues
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
