Senior ServiceNow CMDB and IT asset management specialist at State Street, responsible for configuration data, ITIL processes, discovery, integrations, compliance, and data quality.
Tavsif
- Manage the complete lifecycle of configuration items and IT assets in the ServiceNow CMDB.
- Maintain accurate, complete, consistent, and reliable CMDB and asset records.
- Work with ServiceNow developers, solution architects, and integration teams to maintain data flow across the CMDB, discovery tools, and external systems.
- Track, assess, and report CMDB health measures covering completeness, correctness, and compliance.
- Direct remediation activities when CMDB data deficiencies are found.
- Support ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations that populate configuration item and asset data accurately and automatically.
- Maintain CMDB processes and data in line with audit, risk, security, and regulatory obligations.
- Contribute to CMDB, Foundation Data, and CSDM programs across the organization.
Talablar
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise with ServiceNow CMDB, including CI classes, relationships, reconciliation, and normalization.
- Experience supporting IT Asset Management and Configuration Management processes aligned with ITIL standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on data quality and process improvement.
- Four to eight years of relevant experience in ServiceNow, CMDB, IT Asset Management, or related ITSM functions.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification and additional ServiceNow credentials are preferred.
- ITIL v3 or v4 certification and advanced knowledge of ITIL practices are advantageous.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and system integrations, including APIs, data imports, and third-party tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, hybrid infrastructure, and contemporary IT operations models.
