Descriere

  • Set strategy, business plans, operating models, and performance goals for assigned technology partnerships.
  • Turn company priorities into shared objectives, KPIs, investment plans, and actionable workstreams.
  • Develop joint go-to-market plans covering field alignment, enablement, demand generation, co-selling, and partner-funded initiatives.
  • Coordinate product roadmaps, improve integrations and workflows, and find ways to increase customer value.
  • Run monthly and quarterly business reviews, sharing performance insights, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
  • Define and track measures of growth, retention, margin, adoption, pipeline, product delivery, and operational health.
  • Build relationships with executives and functional leaders, resolve escalations, and gain partner commitments.
  • Find commercial, product, growth, and route-to-market opportunities, then develop business cases for investment.
  • Coordinate work across Product, Marketing, Sales, Services, Support, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
  • Track customer, market, and competitor trends and adapt partnership strategy and investment accordingly.
  • Oversee contractual commitments, renewals, milestones, and time-sensitive requirements.
  • Keep partnership records and governance processes up to date.
  • Give senior stakeholders evidence-based recommendations to inform decisions.

Cerințe

  • Bring at least five years of experience in strategic alliances, business development, partner management, product strategy, go-to-market, general management, or a related field.
  • Have managed strategic relationships and complex cross-functional initiatives in B2B software or technology.
  • Use sound business judgment to balance growth, customer value, investment, and profitability.
  • Turn strategy into coordinated execution across teams and stakeholders.
  • Understand B2B software go-to-market models, technology alliances, partner and channel ecosystems, and recurring-revenue businesses.
  • Define and analyze KPIs, interpret business and financial performance, identify root causes, and recommend actions.
  • Influence and align senior internal and external stakeholders without relying on direct authority.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, negotiation, program management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understand commercial agreements and work with Legal and subject-matter experts on contractual requirements.
  • Stay organized and proactive while managing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Hold a related bachelor’s degree or have equivalent relevant business experience.
  • Experience in MSP, cybersecurity, IT management, or channel-led technology businesses is strongly preferred.
