Descriere

  • Lead the design, integrity, and ongoing development of Wonderlic’s AI job analysis system.
  • Combine labor market data from O*NET, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sources to analyze jobs at scale.
  • Develop and improve models that infer job content from unstructured text.
  • Use and extend occupational taxonomies such as O*NET and ESCO.
  • Keep system outputs scientifically defensible and scalable as work changes.
  • Work with product managers, engineers, and I-O psychologists to turn scientific needs into AI systems.
  • Advise on AI methods for interpreting assessments, producing manager and team reports, and creating coaching content.
  • Help colleagues understand machine learning and AI capabilities and limitations in assessment and organizational settings.
  • Support Wonderlic’s external scientific credibility.
  • Apply I-O psychology principles, including adverse impact, norm group construction, and evidence-based evaluation.
  • Ensure AI products meet professional and legal standards for selection and development tools.
  • Build partnerships across I-O and Product teams and set a roadmap for AI integration.
  • Improve the Jobs Engine’s reach, accuracy, coverage, and inference quality.
  • Help create new assessments that use emerging technologies for richer, more secure evaluation.

Cerințe

  • Graduate degree in I-O Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or a closely related field; a quantitative focus is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience engineering and shipping production-grade machine learning systems, beyond research or coursework.
  • Experience applying modern NLP methods to behavioral, assessment, or labor market data.
  • A record of technically sound work that meets legal and professional standards.
  • At least three years of applied industry experience.
  • Applied NLP and ML engineering skills, including embeddings, semantic search, clustering, text classification, transformer architectures, model tuning, and evaluation.
  • Knowledge of occupational data modeling, including job titles, task statements, skills, competencies, credentials, job families, seniority levels, title normalization, job similarity, role differentiation, O*NET, and ESCO.
  • Sound judgment on responsible AI in employment, including fairness, explainability, auditability, bias mitigation, human review, and legal and ethical considerations.
  • Generative AI evaluation skills, including rubric-based review, groundedness checks, error analysis, regression testing, and LLM output assessment.
  • Product judgment for applied machine learning systems.
  • Working knowledge of assessment and I-O concepts, including job relatedness, criterion relationships, adverse impact, norm groups, assessment profiles, and score interpretation.
  • Ability to take ownership of ambiguous, complex problems.
  • Experience combining I-O science and algorithmic fairness is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with occupational taxonomies, vocational interests, or cognitive ability frameworks is a significant plus.
