Descriere

  • Configure and maintain Workforce and Individual Compensation plans through implementation and ongoing updates.
  • Plan compensation cycles.
  • Set up eligibility rules, budgets, worksheets, and approval hierarchies.
  • Translate business requirements into system solutions.
  • Support compensation processes from testing through deployment.
  • Advise on Compensation and Core HR functionality and best practices.
  • Build and maintain Fast Formulas for compensation calculations.
  • Load data using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Spreadsheet Loader.
  • Investigate system issues and identify their root causes.
  • Work with technical teams on enhancements and custom solutions.
  • Handle day-to-day operations, enhancements, and Oracle Cloud HCM projects across Compensation, Global HR, and potentially other HCM areas.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent, plus 8+ years of experience, including 6+ years with Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation and Core HR modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM design, configuration, and development, including Fast Formulas, VBS, and HDL.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Experience with large, multi-region application management services (AMS) engagements.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in HR operations, particularly Compensation and Core HR, is a plus.
  • Experience with other Oracle HCM Cloud modules or areas, such as ORC, Onboarding, Talent and Performance Management, Security and Access, HelpDesk, and Advanced HCM Controls, is a plus.
  • Experience with technical areas such as HCM Extract, BIP, BICC, and integrations is a plus.
  • Relevant Oracle certifications are a plus.
  • Familiarity with automation tools for code migration and test automation is a plus.
