Descriere

  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales compensation payroll from end to end
  • Verify commission payments for accuracy, timeliness, and reconciliation with Payroll and Accounting
  • Administer the Enterprise Incentive Management system, including participant setup, plan configuration, and feature deployments
  • Oversee compensation plan administration, participant data, and commission inquiries or disputes
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to design and improve compensation plans
  • Lead the SOX and business controls program for sales compensation
  • Create and maintain control policies, procedures, and supporting documentation
  • Act as the primary liaison for internal and external auditors
  • Drive improvements across compensation administration, controls, and reporting
  • Implement AI-enabled tools and automation for commission processing, control testing, and reporting
  • Create and maintain compensation analytics, dashboards, and predictive models
  • Apply AI to detect anomalies, forecast commission expense, and evaluate plan effectiveness
  • Assess and advance sales compensation systems and operating processes
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Sales Compensation Analysts
  • Direct team performance, prioritization, and workload allocation
  • Coordinate with Sales Operations, HR, Payroll, and Accounting
  • Present compensation analytics, forecasts, and plan performance updates to Finance and Sales leadership

Cerințe

  • A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or equivalent experience is advantageous
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in sales compensation, finance, or accounting operations
  • Previous experience managing people or leading a team
  • Hands-on experience with sales compensation or commission platforms such as SAP Callidus, Xactly, or comparable systems
  • Experience with SOX and business controls
  • Strong preference for experience implementing AI tools or automation in finance or operations workflows
  • Experience in a high-tech or B2B SaaS organization is preferred
  • Comfort using AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot
  • Experience with automation or scripting
  • Advanced analytical ability, including complex scenario modeling and analysis of large participant and commission datasets
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Experience with Salesforce, Workday, Anaplan, NetSuite, and Tableau or comparable applications
  • Ability to turn complex compensation data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving, scaling environment
  • Legal authorization to work in the job location
  • Candidates outside the designated area must be willing to relocate before starting
