Senior Global Events Lead

Lead ElevenLabs’ flagship events, sponsorships, and brand activations worldwide, from strategy through execution. Partner with go-to-market teams to engage customers and prospects and build pipeline.

Descriere

  • Plan and deliver flagship events that support business goals in key markets.
  • Manage branded events and major sponsorships, including Formula 1 and industry summits, from start to finish.
  • Coordinate event delivery with sales, marketing, product, and go-to-market teams.
  • Review event results and recommend ways to improve future programs.
  • Build and sustain relationships with sponsors, partners, agencies, and production vendors across North America.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of owned events, summits, experiential activations, major sponsorships, and signature brand experiences.
  • Strengthen ElevenLabs’ brand presence, create memorable experiences for customers and prospects, and work with go-to-market teams to generate qualified pipeline.

Cerințe

  • At least 8 years of experience in events.
  • At least 3 years in technology or enterprise flagship event marketing.
  • A track record of producing large-scale, high-profile branded events from planning through execution.
  • Strong knowledge of the technology ecosystem and executive and enterprise audiences.
  • Experience working with premium event agencies and production partners.
  • New York City or San Francisco location preferred.
