Senior Applied AI Engineer, RAG and Agentic Systems

Descriere
- Develop production generative AI and LLM solutions across the product suite.
- Create agentic systems that automate workflows and handle multi-step tasks in the JUPUS platform.
- Build and maintain RAG pipelines for interacting with documents and case files.
- Put evaluation, testing, and observability practices in place for AI systems.
- Define shared practices for developing, testing, and deploying AI across products.
- Take a hands-on role in AI development as a core technical contributor on a small, fast-moving team.
- Partner with product, design, and engineering to integrate AI into product workflows.
- Turn complex AI concepts into practical features for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Help develop document understanding, document generation, and conversational interfaces for legal case files.
Cerințe
- Hands-on experience building and deploying generative AI systems in production.
- Strong knowledge of RAG architectures, including embeddings, retrieval, and ranking.
- Practical experience designing and deploying production agentic systems or AI agents.
- Experience with LLM observability and evaluation tools such as LangSmith or Langfuse.
- Experience building evaluation pipelines for LLM systems.
- Strong Python programming skills and sound software engineering practices.
- Experience designing LLM systems beyond basic API integrations, including retrieval pipelines, orchestration, and tool or agent workflows.
- Experience delivering AI features in real product environments rather than exclusively in research or academic settings.
- Ability to turn modern AI techniques into reliable features for end users.
- Must be based in the CET time zone, within two hours either side.
- At least four years of professional AI experience.
- Must have deployed AI systems such as RAG pipelines or agentic systems to production.
