Descriere
- Advise corporate customers and arrange travel for individual travelers and groups
- Research travel options, anticipate traveler needs, and offer additional services
- Book domestic and international business travel across air, road, rail, and accommodation
- Use Sabre and other global distribution systems
- Follow customer travel policies, supplier policies, and regulatory requirements
- Use effective telephone service techniques and respond to special customer requests
- Coach and mentor teammates, and offer constructive feedback to improve service
- Work afternoon and weekend shifts as part of a 24/7 Traveler Care operation
Cerințe
- Bring progressive Travel Consultant experience and a strong record of client service
- Demonstrate advanced, native-level proficiency with Sabre GDS
- Understand travel industry dynamics, booking procedures, and supplier relationships
- Communicate professionally in writing and conversation
- Work with strong attention to detail
- Protect travelers’ personal information and act with integrity
- Resolve customer issues promptly, independently or with suppliers
- Work collaboratively and remain open to feedback
- Be flexible and available for afternoon and weekend shifts
- Be authorized to work in the United States or Canada
