Lead Inside Sales Manager, Splunk Federal BDR Team

Descriere

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Federal Civilian and DoD/Intel BDR team
  • Generate qualified pipeline through inbound leads and outbound prospecting
  • Observe representative calls and deliver targeted feedback on discovery and qualification
  • Collaborate with Marketing on event registration campaigns and digital events
  • Track weekly pipeline and activity performance
  • Keep forecasts and CRM records accurate
  • Apply performance data to refine the team’s priorities
  • Coordinate high-quality handoffs with account teams and specialist sellers
  • Recruit, hire, and retain team talent
  • Foster a culture of growth and accountability
  • Present team performance updates to senior leadership
  • Propose enhancements to the BDR process
  • Meet pipeline generation and lead-to-qualified-opportunity conversion targets
  • Support measurable representative development across ramp time, skill progression, and retention

Cerințe

  • A bachelor’s degree and at least four years of related experience
  • At least two years of full-cycle sales experience
  • At least one year of people management or team leadership experience
  • SaaS industry experience is preferred
  • Experience managing an entry-level sales team, such as a BDR or SDR team, is preferred
