HR Recruiter Intern – Remote India | Abhyaz

Support recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations as an intern with Abhyaz. Contribute to candidate coordination, workforce processes, reporting, and practical HR projects in a remote setting.

Descriere

  • Plan and deliver onboarding activities for new hires
  • Support recruitment by posting roles, screening applications, and scheduling interviews
  • Organize employee policies and procedures to promote compliance and clarity
  • Respond to employee questions about benefits, policies, and procedures
  • Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Create and maintain accurate job descriptions
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and inform implementation plans
  • Promote vacancies through careers pages, social media, job boards, and other online channels
  • Write candidate outreach emails and review resumes and application forms
  • Prepare qualified candidate shortlists for hiring managers
  • Maintain and update employee database records
  • Collect attendance and leave information for HR reporting
  • Coordinate payroll processing information with the Accounts team
  • Work with managers to understand hiring requirements and plan workforce needs
  • Attend weekly review meetings and report on recruitment activity
  • Coordinate with reporting managers, business heads, and internal teams on recruitment and HR operations
  • Apply recruitment strategies in line with company policies and procedures
  • Communicate professionally and confidentially with candidates and colleagues
  • Complete training and practical projects through the Abhyaz remote internship program

Cerințe

  • Master’s degree specializing in human resources or a related field from a reputed institute
  • Sound foundational knowledge of human resources
  • Willingness to collaborate with experienced professionals and follow established systems and processes
  • Strong motivation to learn and take on new challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Availability in the virtual office during the selected full-time or part-time slot, or during the off-time batch window
  • Availability for 25–30 hours per week
  • Current students seeking practical HR experience are encouraged to apply
