Marketing Coordinator
Coordinate marketing campaigns and client accounts for the Wisconsin Union, with a focus on reporting and performance insights. Support events, programs, and campus experiences at UW–Madison.
Descriere
- Act as the main liaison for department leaders, stakeholders, and external groups.
- Review marketing requests and recommend creative, strategic approaches.
- Build and maintain client relationships while identifying opportunities to promote marketing services.
- Ensure marketing work supports departmental goals and follows brand standards and policies.
- Manage campaigns to deliver on time, within budget, and to agreed specifications.
- Coordinate communication and workflows between clients and internal creative and production teams.
- Gather and summarize campaign data and market trends.
- Share performance reports to inform future marketing plans.
Cerințe
- At least one year of experience in marketing execution, content coordination, or digital campaign support.
- Strong writing and editing abilities.
- Ability to write clear, brand-aligned copy for short social posts, email newsletters, and web content.
- Experience collecting campaign metrics and interpreting performance trends.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Workfront.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred; minimum requirements were not specified.
