Descriere

  • Coordinate finance transformation work across process, technology, data, reporting, controls, and organizational change
  • Maintain integrated plans covering milestones, dependencies, and critical paths
  • Lead governance meetings, steering committees, and executive status reviews
  • Monitor program performance and escalate risks, issues, and decisions to leadership
  • Keep transformation objectives aligned with broader organizational strategy
  • Act as the central liaison among Finance leaders, business stakeholders, IT, implementation partners, and functional teams
  • Build senior-leader relationships that strengthen alignment and accountability
  • Present program status, decisions, risks, and accomplishments to executive stakeholders
  • Lead cross-functional workshops and structured decision-making sessions
  • Support finance operating model updates, process enhancements, and technology solutions
  • Coordinate ERP deployments, financial system improvements, data governance efforts, and reporting transformations
  • Deliver workstream outputs on schedule, within scope, and against business requirements
  • Measure transformation benefits and monitor performance indicators
  • Work with change management teams to improve user readiness and adoption
  • Support communications, training plans, and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Assess organizational impacts and plan responses to change resistance
  • Keep program risk and issue registers current
  • Assess cross-functional dependencies and their effects on delivery
  • Create mitigation approaches and contingency plans
  • Maintain compliance with financial controls, governance standards, and audit requirements
  • Monitor program budgets, resource assignments, and vendor work
  • Compare project spending with approved budgets
  • Contribute to business cases and benefits measurement
  • Help leadership sequence initiatives and assign resources
  • Deliver transformation milestones on time and within budget
  • Advance finance efficiency, reporting precision, and control performance

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
  • At least six years of relevant professional experience
  • Previous team-lead experience
  • Technology experience in banking or financial services is preferred
  • MBA, CPA, PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, or comparable certification is preferred
  • Seven or more years in finance, program management, transformation, consulting, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience leading large-scale finance transformation programs is preferred
  • Experience coordinating initiatives across Finance and Technology organizations is preferred
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable systems is preferred
  • Experience with process improvement methods and organizational change management is preferred
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual abilities
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to interpret applicable rules, regulations, and industry guidance
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting processes, including Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Expertise in program and portfolio management
  • Experience with project planning and dependency management
  • Data analysis and reporting capability
  • Risk management and governance experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Excellent facilitation and communication abilities
  • Ability to lead through influence without direct authority
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Current authorization to work full time in the United States
  • Residence within reasonable driving distance of Birmingham, Alabama; Atlanta, Georgia; or Charlotte, North Carolina
