Descriere

  • Service, maintain, install, and qualify Brooks products on site, mainly in cleanroom environments.
  • Run tests to verify product performance and identify installation issues.
  • Carry out equipment upgrades and hardware or software change orders.
  • Diagnose complex hardware and software faults at customer sites and work with the Brooks factory on resolutions.
  • Advise customers on system operation and maintenance, including through remote technical support.
  • Act as the customer’s point of contact for technical and service issues.
  • Document problem statements, resolutions, and corrective actions for traceability.
  • Record escalation triggers accurately and support analysis of product non-conformance trends and utilization.
  • Provide continuing support to customers.

  • Technical education and hands-on experience with automated technology.
  • Electromechanical capability and strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Sound problem-solving skills and close attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a European service team.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and focused on results, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and clear priorities.
  • Valid driving licence and passport for travel within the EU and US.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally about 60% of the time.
  • A higher education degree or diploma in a technical discipline is preferred.
