Customer Support Engineer, Grenoble Area
Support Brooks semiconductor automation systems at customer sites across France, Italy, and Germany. The role covers equipment installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support, with frequent international travel.
Aprašymas
- Service, maintain, install, and qualify Brooks products on site, mainly in cleanroom environments.
- Run tests to verify product performance and identify installation issues.
- Carry out equipment upgrades and hardware or software change orders.
- Diagnose complex hardware and software faults at customer sites and work with the Brooks factory on resolutions.
- Advise customers on system operation and maintenance, including through remote technical support.
- Act as the customer’s point of contact for technical and service issues.
- Document problem statements, resolutions, and corrective actions for traceability.
- Record escalation triggers accurately and support analysis of product non-conformance trends and utilization.
- Provide continuing support to customers.

- Technical education and hands-on experience with automated technology.

- Valid driving licence and passport for travel within the EU and US.

- A higher education degree or diploma in a technical discipline is preferred.
