ServiceNow Business Analyst – Remote, United States

Apraksts

  • Support ServiceNow workstreams by engaging clients and users to identify and document functional requirements
  • Partner with ServiceNow developers to design, build, implement, and administer applications
  • Convert complex business needs into technical designs and ServiceNow solutions
  • Document current processes and pain points while defining improved future-state workflows
  • Engage users and stakeholders across project and development lifecycles
  • Work with technical teams to configure, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications
  • Track ServiceNow product updates, capabilities, and relevant industry developments
  • Assess existing ServiceNow implementations and recommend technical improvements
  • Develop functional deliverables such as process maps, design documentation, and communications
  • Assist with functional testing and user training
  • Prepare technical and functional documentation for ServiceNow solutions

Prasības

  • An active, maintained Secret federal or DoD security clearance
  • At least two years of professional experience
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with software development lifecycle methods, deliverables, and controls
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow modules and capabilities, including GRC, SPM, ITSM, App Engine, and Scoped Apps
  • Broad technology consulting experience, including requirements definition, client meeting leadership, UAT facilitation, and training delivery
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certification is preferred
  • One or more ServiceNow certifications, such as CSA, CIS, or CAD, is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Knowledge of additional low-code and no-code platforms, including Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, UiPath, Databricks, Salesforce, Power BI, and Tableau
  • Hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow solutions
  • General understanding of financial management, particularly in a federal setting
