Data Center Recruiter (Hybrid)

Lead high-volume recruiting for JLL’s data center operations, with a focus on skilled trades and engineering talent. Manage full-cycle hiring, client relationships, sourcing strategy, and recruiting metrics across U.S. offices.

Apraksts

  • Act as a client-facing recruiting partner, demonstrating executive presence and strong attention to detail.
  • Source and evaluate talent for high-volume hiring needs, with primary responsibility for skilled trades positions.
  • Guide candidates through the complete recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to interviews, referrals, advising, negotiation, offers, and communicating JLL’s value proposition.
  • Develop and implement recruiting plans for leadership, professional, skilled trades, and engineering positions across assigned accounts.
  • Manage a substantial requisition workload and proactively source candidates for difficult-to-fill roles.
  • Build relationships with veteran organizations, technical schools, community groups, and other recruiting networks.
  • Prepare monthly recruiting metrics for internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Work with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to define job requirements, improve recruiting activities, and update job descriptions.
  • Support organizational programs and help establish recruiting best practices with Recruiting leadership.
  • Contribute to company-wide recruiting programs.

Prasības

  • At least three years of experience in human resources or recruiting.
  • Experience supporting operations and high-volume recruitment for skilled trades positions.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.
  • Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Experience with a search firm is preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for data center facilities is preferred.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is preferred.
  • Experience using Workday is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships across all organizational levels is preferred.
  • Familiarity with engineering and maintenance talent pools is preferred.
