The Helper Bees izstrādā risinājumus patstāvīgai dzīvei mājās, kas palīdz vecāka gadagājuma cilvēkiem saņemt nemedicīnisku atbalstu un turpināt dzīvot patstāvīgi savās mājās. Tās platforma savieno ilgtermiņa aprūpes apdrošinātājus, Medicare Advantage plānus un pakalpojumu sniedzējus, nodrošinot atbalstu atlīdzību pieprasījumu iesniegšanā, aprūpes koordinēšanu mājās, digitālo rēķinu izrakstīšanu, pārbaudītu pakalpojumu sniedzēju tīklus un vienkāršotus maksājumus.
Apvienojot veselības aprūpes procesu, loģistikas un konsultāciju pieredzi, The Helper Bees palīdz organizēt aprūpes pakalpojumu sniegšanu, uzraudzīt pakalpojumu kvalitāti un palīdzēt ģimenēm atlīdzību pieprasījumu procesā. Uzņēmuma karjeras iespējas var interesēt profesionāļus, kuri vēlas strādāt ar aprūpi mājās, maksātāju pakalpojumiem un tehnoloģijās balstītiem novecošanas risinājumiem.
