Territory Sales Representative, Implants MIS - Nashville, TN

Dentsply Sirona is seeking an onsite territory sales representative to grow its Implants MIS dental business across the Nashville area. The role focuses on new account acquisition, competitive conversions, practice education, and territory revenue growth.

Aprašymas

  • Identify, qualify, and convert prospective customers throughout the assigned territory
  • Increase product share among existing accounts
  • Develop and manage the territory pipeline through outreach, practice visits, referrals, study clubs, local events, and consistent follow-up
  • Present the Implants MIS value line to dental practices
  • Create tailored strategies to convert individual accounts
  • Partner with the direct manager to develop clinical education plans
  • Lead product presentations, commercial conversations, and in-office demonstrations
  • Advance product trials, adoption, repeat use, and sales-funnel movement
  • Manage territory growth, new-account acquisition, share-of-wallet expansion, funnel progression, and revenue objectives
  • Evaluate territory performance, account opportunity, competitor activity, and market conditions
  • Work with marketing, education, customer service, and sales leadership teams
  • Keep CRM data and opportunity forecasts accurate

Reikalavimai

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Demonstrated success in B2B, dental, medical-device, or value-based commercial sales
  • Experience in dental implant or specialty dental sales is preferred
  • Proven ability to win new business through proactive prospecting, competitive conversions, and territory pipeline development
  • Ability to communicate solution value and distinguish offerings from competitors
  • Strong communication, negotiation, objection-handling, and presentation capabilities
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms and sales tools
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory
  • Authorization to work in the country where the position is located
