Aprašymas

  • Find passive candidates across Payroll, HCM, PEO, Payments, Merchant Services, FinTech, and related sectors.
  • Identify strong prospects through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, industry groups, and other sourcing tools.
  • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Create effective sourcing approaches for competitive talent markets.
  • Assess candidates’ skills, experience, cultural fit, and career motivations.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers on staffing priorities and role requirements.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
  • Present Paynada and its value proposition to prospective candidates.
  • Track industry hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitors’ talent strategies.
  • Keep candidate records and recruiting activity current in ADP Workforce Now and other recruiting platforms.
  • Achieve recruiting performance goals and hiring targets.
  • Handle additional duties as assigned.

Reikalavimai

  • At least two years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Recruiting background preferably in Payroll, HCM, PEO, Merchant Services, Payments, FinTech, or B2B sales.
  • A record of sourcing and hiring outside sales professionals, account executives, business consultants, and other revenue-generating talent.
  • Knowledge of Payroll, HCM, Merchant Services, payment processing, or related industries.
  • Ability to build candidate pipelines and fill roles in competitive markets.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other current sourcing tools.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and interviewing abilities.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities remotely.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems; ADP Workforce Now is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related recruiting technology.
  • Reliable home internet and a dedicated workspace.
  • Ability to conduct phone and video interviews.
