Aprašymas

  • Provide attentive client service by managing issues proactively.
  • Resolve client issues within agreed service levels.
  • Refer issues to management when escalation is needed.
  • Produce client reports, including detailed management information (MIS).
  • Prioritise enquiries and tasks according to volume, complexity, sensitivity and risk.
  • Serve as the main link between clients and the business.
  • Handle complex client enquiries by phone, email and other channels.
  • Build trusting, collaborative relationships with clients.
  • Own issues and keep internal and external stakeholders updated.
  • Spot enquiry trends, guide clients and work with internal teams to address service gaps.
  • Raise risk-related issues promptly with managers.
  • Investigate root causes and work with the team or manager to put fixes in place.
  • Coordinate with other teams to support successful project delivery.

Reikalavimai

  • Communicate clearly and maintain a professional manner.
  • Bring strong concentration and organisational skills.
  • Previous customer service experience in a similar field is preferred.
  • Experience working in or alongside an operations team in finance or proxy services would be beneficial.
  • Solve problems effectively and remain composed under pressure.
