Aprašymas

  • Reach assigned clients in English and Spanish by phone, text, and email to arrange telemedicine and MRI appointments.
  • Work with providers and imaging facilities to find appointment times that suit each client.
  • Send appointment reminders and check in with clients on appointment days.
  • Follow up on missed or canceled appointments and reschedule them promptly.
  • Verify completed appointments and record outcomes in FileVine.
  • Share status updates and handoffs with Client Representatives and Case Management teams.
  • Maintain clear, accurate, timely notes on every client interaction.
  • Handle sensitive conversations with patience and empathy.
  • Arrange and follow through on clients’ telemedicine and MRI appointments.
  • Avoid giving medical advice or taking part in other treatment.

Reikalavimai

  • Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish are required.
  • At least one year of medical field experience is required, such as scheduling, patient access, call center, or customer service work.
  • A warm, patient, professional phone manner when speaking with anxious or frustrated callers.
  • Strong organization and follow-through.
  • Willingness to learn new software and manage a high volume of scheduling tasks.
  • Ability to protect confidential client and health information.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Personal computer equipment is required.
