Schedule telemedicine and MRI appointments for clients at a growing personal injury law firm. Coordinate with clients and providers, manage reminders and rescheduling, and record outcomes in FileVine while working remotely.
Descriere
- Reach assigned clients in English and Spanish by phone, text, and email to arrange telemedicine and MRI appointments.
- Work with providers and imaging facilities to find appointment times that suit each client.
- Send appointment reminders and check in with clients on appointment days.
- Follow up on missed or canceled appointments and reschedule them promptly.
- Verify completed appointments and record outcomes in FileVine.
- Share status updates and handoffs with Client Representatives and Case Management teams.
- Maintain clear, accurate, timely notes on every client interaction.
- Handle sensitive conversations with patience and empathy.
- Arrange and follow through on clients’ telemedicine and MRI appointments.
- Avoid giving medical advice or taking part in other treatment.
Cerințe
- Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish are required.
- At least one year of medical field experience is required, such as scheduling, patient access, call center, or customer service work.
- A warm, patient, professional phone manner when speaking with anxious or frustrated callers.
- Strong organization and follow-through.
- Willingness to learn new software and manage a high volume of scheduling tasks.
- Ability to protect confidential client and health information.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Personal computer equipment is required.
