Senior Office Safety and Compliance Expert — TDCX, Singapore
Develop office safety policies, assess workplace risks, and investigate incidents for TDCX’s operations. The role supports safety compliance and ongoing improvements to the company’s quality management system.
Aprašymas
- Help develop office safety and health policies and programs.
- Research workplace safety topics and create guidance on noise, equipment, renovations, and ergonomic furniture.
- Assess risks, enforce preventive measures, prepare incident reports, and provide safety statistics to senior management.
- Review and update policies and controls to reflect current legislation.
- Inspect premises and personnel with GRiP and internal audit teams to identify issues or nonconformity.
- Document and investigate incidents to establish causes of safety, security, or compliance failures.
- Carry out other duties assigned by management within the role’s scope and support the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System.
Reikalavimai
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Around three years of experience in a related field is preferred.
- Experience writing health and safety reports and policies.
- Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices.
- An occupational health and safety certificate is an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, such as OSHA or EPA requirements, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present and explain health and safety topics.
- Excellent spoken and written English, plus proficiency in the language of the supported market.
