Senior Forward-Deployed Engineer, AI Cybersecurity at F5 (Remote)
Lead customer onboarding and technical deployments for F5’s AI cybersecurity solutions in a senior, post-sales engineering role. Partner with enterprise engineering and security teams while translating customer feedback into product and service improvements.

- Plan and lead new-customer onboarding and implementation, defining scope, milestones, and success measures
- Serve as the primary post-sales technical partner for customer engineering and security teams
- Create and deliver implementation plans that achieve reliable First Time to Value
- Surface blockers, expectation gaps, and capability needs while managing risk and escalating issues when necessary
- Work with Sales, Engineering, Services, and Product to coordinate handoffs and share knowledge
- Create reusable processes, technical documentation, implementation templates, and internal runbooks
- Organize support requirements, triage technical problems, and coordinate with Support and Development
- Represent customer needs and convert feedback into product roadmap and future service input

- At least eight years of experience in a post-sales technical position such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, or Implementation Consultant
- Hands-on experience building or deploying AI systems and applications
- Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, including networking, containers, and security protocols
- Demonstrated leadership of technical deployments across on-premises, hybrid, or complex SaaS environments
- Experience supporting enterprise customers in regulated industries
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
- Comfort working proactively and independently in a fast-growing environment with ambiguity
- Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration is preferred
