  • Bring 10–15+ years of experience in market research, media analytics, or insights consulting, including substantial responsibility for complex client portfolios
  • Demonstrate deep expertise in media effectiveness research, including brand lift, cross-platform measurement across digital, CTV, addressable, and linear channels, plus attribution, ROI, and segmentation methodologies
  • Show a strong record of turning complex data into clear executive narratives that support strategic decisions and influence investment results
  • Have experience acting as a trusted advisor to senior and executive stakeholders, shaping measurement strategies and long-term business direction
  • Possess strong commercial judgment, with experience supporting partnership renewals, generating growth, and executing multi-year account plans
  • Have led and expanded high-performing teams, developed research talent, and raised standards across account structures
  • Demonstrate the ability to deliver operational excellence at scale by optimizing team resourcing, delivery models, and best practices
  • Communicate with confidence and demonstrate leadership presence in fast-moving, complex client environments
  • Hold a bachelor's degree
