Develop scalable customer relationships that deliver measurable value
Understand customers’ finance objectives and guide them in applying Moss effectively
Increase adoption and engagement with spend management features
Find opportunities to expand accounts and improve product or feature usage
Track revenue performance through spend engagement, SaaS growth, and renewal KPIs
Gather customer feedback and share it with relevant internal teams
Provide customer guidance on existing and upcoming product capabilities
Enhance customer journey interactions, satisfaction, and long-term retention
Take ownership of responsibilities while developing toward a lead role

At least four years of experience in a proactive, commercial, customer-focused role, preferably within B2B or SaaS
Experience expanding existing customer accounts through product and feature upselling
Professional fluency in Dutch and English
Capability to negotiate pricing, contracts, and add-on offerings
Strong ability to explain complex subjects clearly and concisely
Ability to use data to prioritize accounts, resolve issues, uncover expansion opportunities, and protect customer satisfaction
Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple customer requests
Organized, structured, and efficient approach to work
